General Conditions

These general sales conditions (hereafter, “General Conditions”) apply to all product sales (hereafter, “Products” or “Product”) purchased on the website www.prosocershinpadscom/ (hereafter, “Site”).
The use of the remote sales service described in these General Conditions is exclusively reserved to consumers (hereafter, “Customers” or the “Customer”), understood as physical persons who act for reasons unrelated to their commercial, business or professional activity.
The contract language is English.
The Customer is responsible for carefully reading the General Conditions that have been made available on the Site.

The Equipe brand (plastic shin pads and keyrings) is the property of Equipe Sport and products are distributed from Italy.  Registered Office: Viale Gramsci 59, Grugliasco (TO), 10095, Italia
The contracts concluded with Pro Soccer Shin Pads (as defined below) on the Site are governed by UK law.

Product Information

Information about the products that can be purchased on-line, with the relative product codes, can be found on the Site.

Price

The product prices include all taxes and fees. All prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery price will be clearly stated separately to product price. Customers will be responsible for any additional custom charges relevant to their specific country of delivery.

Ordering Products

The essential characteristics and prices of the Products can be found on the page relative to each Product.
In order to purchase the Products, the Customer must fill out the electronic order form after selecting the products they wish to purchase, following the instructions contained on the Site. After reading the General Conditions, with particular reference to information regarding shipping costs and the methods for exercising the right of withdraw, and the Privacy Policy, the Customer must select the desired payment method on the PayPal portal and will then have the opportunity to review their order before confirming. In being able to review the order the customer has the opportunity to correct any errors or cancel the order.
By sending the order, the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the General Conditions.
When ordering personalized products the Customer has the option to send images/photos that they would like included on their product. These should be mentioned in the Personalization Instructions area of the order form. In providing an image the Customer is fully responsible to Pro Soccer Shin Pads and third parties for the utilization of such files. The Customer is also responsible for any liability arising from the implementation of customizations by using copyrighted material or other intellectual property rights; obscene, defamatory, offensive to public morals; that might offend or harm third parties.
Pro Soccer Shin Pads reserves the right to accept the orders that are received. Pro Soccer Shin Pads will inform the Customer if it is not possible to accept received orders within 72 hours starting from the next business day after the Customer sent the order and will reimburse any amounts already paid by the customer for the order.
When ordering keyrings, the customer is responsible for selecting the correct product which corresponds to the quantity of their order so that can take advantage of lower prices for higher quantities.

Payment Methods

Pro Soccer Shin Pads will accept the following types of payment:
Payment via PayPal.

Confirmation Of Order Receipt

When entering into the contract, the Customer will receive an email confirming that the purchase order sent by the Customer was received.

Inefficacy Of The Order

The contract between Pro Soccer Shin Pads and the Customer shall not be considered effective if Pro Soccer Shin Pads has justified reasons for believing that the Customer does not have an effective and genuine interest in purchasing the ordered products or if the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal in an unauthorised manner.
In those cases, the order sent by the Customer must be considered as null and void. Pro Soccer Shin Pads will send the Customer an e-mail confirming that the Contract has been voided, also cancelling any charge and/or expense to the Customer.
Please note that due the specific nature of personalized items, they can not be cancelled or refunded once the customer has placed their order.

Transport And Delivery

Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. Shipping is available to countries that are selectable on the order form at the time of ordering. Upon delivery, a signature is required from an adult over the age of 18. Orders cannot be delivered to post office boxes.
For each order received on its Site, Pro Soccer Shin Pads will issue an invoice for the shipped goods, sending it via e-mail or post to the person who placed the order. The information provided by the Customer when placing the order will be used for the invoice. No change can be made to the invoice once issued.
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs, which are clearly indicated on the Site and on the order form prior to payment. Please ensure these are checked and understood before payment is made.
All purchases will be delivered via courier, with Standard service and without delivery notice, from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays. Pro Soccer Shin Pads is not responsible for unforeseeable delays.
Please allow at least 15 business days starting from the business day following the order date for delivery of all personalised products. Delivery may take longer for some destinations.
The customer, or someone else acting on his behalf, must be present at the address indicated in the order when the order is delivered. When the goods are delivered by the courier, the Customer is responsible for checking that the number of packages being delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the package is complete and unaltered. Any damage to the package and/or the products or if the number of packages is different, this must be immediately disputed with “goods unchecked” written on the Courier’s proof of delivery. Once the Courier’s document has been signed, the Customer may not dispute the exterior characteristics of the delivered package.

IF NO ONE IS PRESENT WHEN THE COURIER ATTEMPTS DELIVERY
If the package is returned to our office or is kept by the courier, a fee of £15.99 will be charged due to the storage fees that the courier will charge us.
If for reasons beyond your control you were not available at the moment of the delivery, you can contact the local office of the courier and agree upon a subsequent delivery or to collect the delivery directly from the courier.
Pro Soccer Shin Pads is not economically responsible for the packages left in storage with the assigned courier. If the Customer is not able to agree upon the second delivery with his local office or to collect the items directly from the courier’s office, he is responsible for the completion of the delivery. If the courier redelivers the package because it was not collected by the Customer, Pro Soccer Shin Pads will contact the customer to agree upon redelivery, requesting the payment of any storage fees as well as for the delivery fees that were paid (delivery to Pro Soccer Shin Pads) and the fees for the subsequent delivery (redelivery to the customer). If the customer does not intend to reimburse the fees paid by Pro Soccer Shin Pads or does not contact Pro Soccer Shin Pads in order to make arrangements, or if following our email with a request for repayment of the expenses that were incurred, the customer does not respond within a reasonable period of time (7 days), Pro Soccer Shin Pads will keep the uncollected goods due to non-fulfilment by the customer.
All products are hand made and dispatched from Italy.

Shipping expenses for Mithra products are £16.00.
Shipping expenses for Equipe products vary and are clearly stated at the time of ordering.
Shipping for Equipe personalised keyrings is available to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia , Spain, Sweden, Hungary, Canada, China, Korea, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Japan, Iceland, Israel, San Marino, United States of America, Vatican State, Switzerland, Turkey.

Errors

Product information on the Site is constantly updated.
However, it is not possible to guarantee that there will be no errors.
Pro Soccer Shin Pads reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions, also after an order was sent, as well as to change or update the information at any moment without notice.

Applicable Law

These General Conditions are regulated by UK law and must be interpreted in compliance with UK laws.
In creating these General Conditions every effort has been made to comply with the E-Commerce Regulations, the Distance Selling Regulations, the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Electronic Signature Regulations.
